I would think that only half a Voodoo doll would be inadequate. Granted, my only knowledge of Voodoo dolls comes from watching suspense movies set in New Orleans during Mardi-Gras (and let me hasten to add that I really don't feel the need to be educated about Voodoo), but it seems to me that a complete Voodoo doll is required. What happens if a person wants to start tormenting the victim on his feet? Your Voodoo doll makes it impossible to stick pins there. An incomplete large Voodoo doll "leaves far to much to the imagination in my opinion."
