                         internet access, 1 matchstick, 1 rough surface
                         and 1 trash can.

                                      Recipe:

Put the SPAM in the trash can, sprinkle it with ammonia, scatter the herbs,
crush the garlic and add. Put on the gloves and mix with the blender. Take off
the gloves and put on the computer. Send 1 complaint to abuse@uu.net. Wait for 1
week...

Add "trouble ticket number UU(X)" to the trash can. (optional: add the
considerably larger than usual amount of fresh junkmail too). Put on the gloves
and stir. Take off the gloves. Add to the miKsture: the computer with internet
access, the turpentine and the gloves (optional: the blender). Take a deep
breath...

Strike the red part of the matchstick gently over the rough surface. Close your
eyes and throw the matchstick in the trash can. Hold your breath, put your
fingers in both ears and run as fast as you can to the nearest bus stop. Wait
for a week...
