The 
 tag is applied to the page; I believe it is the strange
orientation of all the rubbish tags that confuses Lynx. (yes I went and saw
it myself in that).. It looks fine in IE4.0, and if you subscribe to the
theory that all newbies are technologically advanced*... ;)
