For those of you not into these acronyms.  A GPS is a global positioning
system that will tell you where you are anywhere in the world.  You
can almost make out the one he is carring in his hand and looking at.
SA is an acronym for Selective Availablity which is a goverment technique
for reducing the the accuracy of the GPS since we can't trust people with
too much accuracy.

If you're not into high tech then you might recaption it using a compass.
