I don't do that very It is a lot of fun to scroll through a big file... but no fun to wait for a huge file to load, especially if Netscape runs out of memory. What could be nice is subject headings (or letter headings, since you're already alphabetized), and have one file per letter or subject with all the pictures in that file. At the top of each subject page, have a linked table of contents. Joan's page is set up like this, and it captures the best of both worlds... you can still get to a specific picture quickly, but you can still browse easily. Just my $.02 mn
