<B> is useful for more contrast on the white background, 
and <TT> is just a way to use a monospaced font, which 
is IMHO recommended.
I took two 'M's ('MM') for one pixel of the BMP to keep the 
x/y ratio, maybe I'll change it using only one 'M' for two 
pixels (':') in BMP2HTML V0.2gamma.
I also reduced the color depth to 12 bit to avoid too much
<FONT COLOR..> tags, maybe this could be reduced some more.
