Actually, it's pretty simple: (1) Take your camera and shoot some pics. (2) Scan the photos. (3) Convert them to JPEGs. (4) Convert the JPEGs to GIFs. (tough) (5) Convert the GIFs to TIFFs. (6) Convert the TIFFs to Bitmaps. (7) Convert the Bitmaps to PostScript. (7) uuencode the PostScript. (9) Use an editor to fine-tune the uuencoded data. (10) Post it ice-cold to alt.ascii.art.
