I think she means this symbol: � If so, it's the "pound" symbol, for the British form of currency as opposed to the "$" symbol which is for dollars. Btw, most keyboards have different alternate keys and symbols available. My old 486 PC used to have the � symbol on it. Now if I want to use it I have to use the Character Map instead and cut-n-paste. Cheers!
