It's just an old joke: When you tell MS about a bug say usually
say, it's just a feature and that you misbehaved from the
programer's point of view. :)

I guess they wouldn't know. Their minds are focussed on the
next millenium and multimedia homes. :)

Once I witnessed a 'bug-report' to MS about some really
annoying bug in FoxPro. This was 2 years ago. Guess what :
the newest version still 'features' this bug.
