My best guess is that 'picters' is really a reference to 'Pictor' which is minor Southern constellation. Reading between the lines, I guess he wants constellations of naked women. Virgo and Aquarius come about as close as he's going to get. Could someone point them out to him please? On the other hand, Pictor is 'The Painter'.
