I'd be interested if anyone had his e-mail address. Scarecrow, aka Bob Allison, gave up as Moderator of the newsgroup "rec.arts.ascii" in June 1996. Since then he has been revising his personal archives and there is uncertainty about how many will remain, in what form and at what location. Bob Allison was also the maintainer of the " Ascii Art FAQ " and therefore the FAQ's future and accessibility is also uncertain...so hang on to any copies of the FAQ and other items you have already got. Everything on the Net is ephemeral...grab it today...it may be gone tomorrow and that applies to the webpages, ftpsites etc. where the material is/was deposited. Same applies to ASCII pictures...grab 'em now ! :-) . /:\ |:| |:| |:| *_ _ _ _ _ _ _ * |:| __ | `_' `-' `_' `-' `_' `-' `_'| ,_|:|_, / ) | | (Oo / _I_ | LONG LIVE alt.ascii-art | +\ \ || __| ^ | | ^ \ \||___| | | Free & Unmoderated | | \ /.:.\-\ | (*) |_ _ _ _ _ _ _ | \^/ | |.:. /-----\ | _<">_ | `_' `-' `_' `-' `_' `-' `_'| _(#)_ | |___| oOo | o+o \a/ \0 0/ \a/ (=) / || 0'\a-a/\/ \/\a-a/`0 |_____\ : / /_^_\ | | /_^_\ | | \ \:/ || || | | || || | | | | d|_|b_T____________________________T_d|_|b \ / | \___ / / / | \_____\ / / `-' / / -cfbd- ________________________/ /___________ Bye,
