It's kinda like someone else signing your name (signature.) Maybe you could call it "Ascii Artist Advertisement" I like the sound of that! or maybe "Stuff at bottom file" or maybe "Information file" or maybe "Personal data file" Also the artist needs to know how many lines max. we have to work with in our "Ascii Artist Advertisement".
