He's correct; ALL ascii art is copyrighted; however, I gave written notice of copyright in this group. I have a personal email from you informing me, and I quote: " Well, I have been subscribed to this group for almost four years now . . . ." Ingnorance of the law is no excuse, and in this case you can't even claim that. You are in clear violation of copyright on work of both Felix Lee and me. >From my tech writing days I know that Germany respects USA copyrights. You have two choices: 1) you can post an apology to both Felix Lee and me publically in both and AND stop being mean, cruel, and sarcastic to people in both those groups [I will be the judge of whether the apology and/or future behavior is acceptable] OR 2) you can deal with the formal complaint I will file first with and, if that doesn't correct your behavior, I WILL take it further. I don't know if you're a student or the janitor or what, but I have saved enough obnoxious posts of yours that, coupled with your destruction of copyrighted art, any institution is going to find your behavior most unprofessional. I have no idea what, if any, action Felix Lee may choose to take; I speak only for myself.
