Is there not someway of stopping these ridiculous attached files that
are nothing to do with this Conference.

This person needs to be told that this Conference is not the place to
advertise his or her  ridiculous schemes.

My download was aborted 3 times because of this file that was
incorrectly attached to message 8209. I have to pay LD charges to get my
messages.

This is not the first time this has happened on this Newsgroup. Is there
not a person responsible for checking the messages and deleting such
junk?
