  In the UK we are troubled with idiots trying to impose a
  kid's computergame rating system from a Microsoft front
  onto all normal adult webpages.  The rating questionaire
  for this is a hoot, and includes such wonderful examples as
 "Frankenstein's monster baring his buttocks"

  Can anyone draw the monster mooning, in 10 or 15 lines????

  Also how about   *** Santa Claus mooning ***.
