It is very small and simple ... so I'll post it and tell you how to do it .
Here it is ...



Remove everything up to and including cut here.  Save the resulting file
as uudecode.com.  This will be your decoder for most everthing on the
Usenet.  Simply get your encoded files that are split and posted to the
board and cut and put them all together in one file and run uudecode.com
on them and the program will decode the encoded file and save the resulting
file for you.

This is not my program. It has been around a long time and works fine.
