At the moment it's in a self-extractable (25k) file for ibm pc's, but if anyone wants it in other formats, I'll see what I can do. Meanwhile if anyone wants to tell me how to post a file to the newsgroup (I can uuencode the file) that info will be welcome. I use tin to access the newsgroup which puts me in the "vi" text editor, so I think if I could insert the uuencoded file into the current-edit file, I could get it posted.
