For technical support from Creative Labs you'll wait over a half hour, at your cost, to talk to a technician who is rude and unlikely to help you with your problem. Do yourself a favor, if you're considering buying a Sound Blaster product, DON'T!!! They are too cheap to provide an 800 number for technical support making you waste your dime, wait for at least a half hour and give rude service. Their complaint line is not really a complaint line, it is a fax number. They don't have the guts to provide a live person to take calls from their customers. Their complaint line is: 405-624-6780 Their crapnichal support line (becuase their too gutless to put it in the manuals that come with the equipment is: 405-742-6655 There are other manufactures of sound cards, buy theirs.
