Ok, cool, but shorten it a tad. Flags are really not very long at all, and that one looks kinda odd... But other than that - it's right. Or make it taller. I don't know about the dimensions of the American flag (being Canadian myself) but I think that the square with the stars in it is maybe a third of the length, and half? of the height. Remember that the flag is folded over... it takes up a lot of cloth. So it's way shorter than you'd expect. I don't know if that's what you expected as a comment - but the first one was really good.
