He (Frank Boyland) didn't post the URL, he posted the whole
html source. I put it up in my black hole of web archive at:

I sent him email about this, but got no response. I wonder
if all those '>'s he put into the picture are supposed to
show? (They don't for me: &lt; is the proper code for a
greater than; I wish lynx would support this for ALT text.)
