For the non-coded files, just press Alt-F, and then A, and then type in the
filename!

For the coded ones, press Alt-F, and then B, and then you can just press Enter
to view the result.

That is, if you're running Windows with Agent .99d.

If not, perhaps you should tell us what program you ARE using to read news.
These things are program-specifig.
