I'm replying to post off a local MajorBBS. We can enter colors in email and posts by using backslashes. When I signed my name for instance I type '/8Crow'. You use the other slash but it would have done the color code again. It must be translated into an ANSI escape sequence when it's jetted out to Usenet.
