Yeah I know it's quite a difficult way to do it, but then I never do things the easy way *grin*, I have heard of ppl who tape a drawn pic on paper to the screen and then try to fill it in, and others who use a gif to ascii program to convert some gif pics to ascii format and then tidy it up, so I say just go ahead a do what ever works for you, I mainly do line art, thats just my thing, but go ahead and experiment. It may seem complicated at first, but you will soon get the hang of what characters work best for what you want! There are faq's and help files that get posted around here quite regularly so just keep checking this group out and you are bound to find them, in the mean time have fun creating art, and never worry if first attempts look wrong..it just takes a bit of patience and practise and time! I alawys spend way too much time doing ascii, some artists may befast but working at your own pace is best! :) Have an ascii day! :) Valkyrie -- ____ _ ____ ____ ___ _ ___ o \ //\ | |_ | / / \ /| - )| |/ -_) -=- +VALKYRIE - not just a MYTH!+ -+- \//__\|___)|_\_\ /_/ |_\_\|_|\___) -=- +valkyrie@earthlight.co.nz -=- * | (sig by Chime) * Uniqueness = One viking warrior who REALLY cares! - Mee. +!
