Nobody maintains this particular list...it is just the residues of 
Bob Allison's lists.

Compiling and maintaining such a list is a thankless task because
things are constantly changing and few site-holders ever advise List
Maintainers of changes they make to their sites and addresses.

Almost everything on the Net is ephemeral...here today, gone tomorrow.

Perhaps my Pointer prompts the website holders to remind us of their
sites ?  :-)
