<XMP> is just a harder form of <PRE> in sidea a XMP there can be no
instructions as XMP will cancel them out PRE lets command like
<a href=> work in side its area. Man purpose of <XMP> display text
out of htmls with out a problem Execpt is self and text that has
stuff in it that is html doc that does mean to be a html command.
