If that file was indeed a collection of ANSI graphics, then I don't see 
anything off topic about it. You ought to know that the acceptable way to 
post ANSI graphics to an ASCII newsgroup is to uuencode them first. Due 
to the large number of images, and the fact that they needed to be 
uuencoded, I think it's commendable that SirBGB zipped the collection to 
save bandwidth.

Of course, if it happens that it wasn't a collection of ANSI images, this 
post is moot.
