I would like to know how to change USay>words into fonts, but have no idea where to start... Okay, let me do my best here...=) Figlet is available via ftp from The Scarecrow's (Bob Allison) ftp site at ftp.wwa.com in the subdirectory /pub/Scarecrow/Figlet The file for Unix is called (I believe) Figlet-unix.tar.Z...but don't quote me on that =) So, after you download the file from his site, you have to uncompress it by typing: uncompress Figlet-unix.tar.Z Next, you need to "untar" the file by typing: tar -xvf Figlet-unix.tar (the .Z disappears when you uncompress it). This will create a directory called figlet2.1.1....in here you will find a file README and a manual page (figlet.6)...reading them tells you everything you need to know about using figlet. Once you have figlet, now you need a few fonts..=) You can also get these from ftp.wwa.com, in /pub/Scarecrow/Figlet/Fonts. You will have to experiment a little to see which ones you like. Hope this helps and, if not, I'm sure someone else will pick up where I left off..=) __ , _ /'/ /' /' `\ /' /' / /' /' ._) /' ,/' / . , ____ /' ,/' ____ /' ____ /`--,/ \ / /' ) /' /`---,/' )--/' /' ) /' / /' / \' /(___,/' /' /' /' /' /' /(___,/' /' /' (,/' (_,__/' \_(________(__ (,/' (___,/' (__(________(___,/(__ /' / /' (___,/' Axel Foley on UBVMS |http://ubvms.cc.buffalo.edu/~v072nja5/ State University of New York at Buffalo|v072nja5@ubvms.cc.buffalo.edu "The opinions and views stated may reflect those of the State University of New York at Buffalo, but I am the only one with the guts to say them..."
