Okay, I know there was someone who posted the UsaFlag.flf or something of
the like on here.  Well, I had it at one time, but I did a little
experimenting with it and now i can't get it back to normal. *sigh*  Here's
the thing--if the original author could/would repost it, it would be
appreciated . . .

BUT I WISH TO ADD MY .02 cents about what it should be... instead of using
the equal signs, is there any way the author could substitute an asterisk
(i.e., '*') for them???  It looks infinitely better.  And i realize i could
use the 'tr' command, but why do so if i only need to use the font the way
i'd like it?  Help.

And if anyone can point me in the direction of a GOOD/RELIABLE/EASY TO USE
uuencoder/decoder, it would be appreciated.
