   I use ProComm Plus (using VT102 emulation) and *I* can see your sign
just fine.  I couldn't tell you what the newsreader we use here on The
Cleveland Free-Net is, but I have posted simple lines like

                         -=+*���ۯ this �۲��*+=-

before, and even some HIGH-ASCII `boxes' but I haven't had a positive
response on others being able to `read' them.  This one user "r"eplied
to my postie, full quoting what the graphic I had made, and his words
sounded negative, but on my screen was a perfect copy of what I had
done.  *SHRUG*  He couldn't see it but I could.

  I like your "HELLO" sign.  Good work!  It looks like something someone
might use on a BBS welcome message.  Take Care  and  B l e s s e d  B e  !!
