That's easy: the information you require is in the CFV post. Scarecrow (Bob Allison) has volunteered to moderate the group. Steven Sullivan (the creator of the Small Pics collections) has volunteered as backup moderator. Bob has stated several times during the Request for Discussion period that he intends to do light moderation.
