Anyway, seeing as alt.ascii-art is getting on for nine months old, I figured that everyone had been reading the group long enough to notice certain 'trends' appearing, so I thought I'd start the following list. This supposed to be silly, so I haven't smilied it: THINGS THAT HAVEN'T HAPPENED YET ON ALT.ASCII-ART ================================================= 1) Normand Vielleux posts a drawing that doesn't contain an '8'. 2) Row sends in a drawing and somebody follows it up by saying 'Sorry, that was crap, learn to draw'. 3) Tua Xiong posts a drawing and nobody stops to wonder if he's male or female. 4) Somebody requests a figlet sig of their name and Scarecrow replies with 'Do it yourself you lazy so-and-so'. 5) Seven days go by without 'Meriday in the morning' being posted. 6) Chevalier writes an Ascii horror story. 7) Somebody proposes making a new ascii group and everyone decides exactly how they'd like it to be before taking a vote on it. 8) Somebody sends in a post and asks how much time the main contributors actually spend on their study / work if all they seem to do is draw pictures all the time. 9) Scarecrow's sig collection is confiscated by the FBI and he is forced to sign the end of every post with 'Bob'. 10) Somebody posts in a really great drawing and everybody saves it so that no-one has to ask for it to be reposted five days later. OK, it's not art, but it's close. Please add your own contributions, maybe we can set up an alternative FAQ with it. DR J Subliminal Message : iicsa.stra.cer rof SEY etoV
