I am still running my experimental SMILEY CATALOG telnet server.

You can query it for the meaning of a smiley.  You can add new smileys
and their meanings.  You can search on a word.  Several hundred smileys
are in the catalog.

To use the SMILEY CATALOG, telnet to:

  twinbrook.cis.uab.edu 3399

Don't forget the port number, 3399

After you connect, enter

  HELP

to get a screen of HELP info.

For now, you must re-connect to enter each command.
