It looks like a horse wearing a high-back Western saddle and cowboy boots (at least I have never seen a hump that came with a belt before). It appears to have the head off a giraffe ASCII and a body off of the "cows" files ASCII... a girwow (Jeer-Wow), perhaps? ...or maybe the fabled jorse?
