There are not many solid art animations ... very nice one. Yep, you're right. I have seen this site before. Lost the url so i had to hop over your links page to visit & have a second glance. fyi: they seem to be renovating the on-line gifscii generator and the 'transformations'-page (can't remember what that was). btw Who are "they"? Do "we" know "them"? >BTW: >Hi mic, (mik, micB...?) miK?! =) A rather dull nick for someone known as Mic irl... But that's all I came up with back when... >your Javascript are great ! You should make a homepage with them. Working on it. =) Aye! But those "dilettantistische" Javascripts of mine are nil compared to your -=*AscEditor*=-. Man, what a great prog!! Every ASCII-prog, -tool, -util on my hd rendered useless in 1 sweep! I especially like the 'Set 1245Key to /\_|'-mode and the 'flips' (1st tackled by Ilmari Karonen and Colin Randall tmk). Haven't had time to investigate the menu bar in detail, yet. 1 point of consideration tho'. Usually I -- and probably the lot of us Windoze (l)uzers ;) -- still make ASCII pics in Notepad, which displays the chars in mammuth mode. Real big! That's why we make small, precise ASCII-art, probably... In AscEdit the chars are tiny -- customized for your larger style? -- & at 1st glance i couldn't find a simple way to display 'm bigger. But AscEditor without doubt is a great effort, Marc... Not sure -- been reading a.a-a off&on for a lil over 1,5 yrs. now, mostly in a rush -- but i've tried a couple ASCII/ANSI progs (announced in this nwsgrp or found on the Web), and 2me your AscEditor really sticks out!
