I get around this problem by having lots of sites :o)

Why not sign up to something like GeoCities, Tripod, Hypermart... or if you
don't mind FTPing to the UK you could sign up for LineOne and pretend that
you live in Swansea or something :o) www.lineone.net they give you five
email addresses and five 10MB web space accounts to match - that's where
http://website.lineone.net/~martin.atkins/ada/ is :o)

I doubt they would check that you were really in the UK... but they might
have postcode validation - I can't remember. If they do try putting in your
house number as 7 and postcode as UB10 0XA :o)
