The 1997 GRAND Competition launches today and continues through
October 31st.

The competition is for GIF89a animations.  We have 5 categories to
submit to: Commercial, Hobbyist I, Hobbyist II, Teen and Kids.
Guildelines and entry form available on line. 

One of this years sponsors, Xoom Software, Inc., has offered to the
1st 150 entrants (NOT ENTRIES) 1 (one) FREE (inc. shipping) "Web Clip
Empire 50,000" CD. 

Also , beginning September 8th, 150 CD's will be presented to viewers
of the site. The site will clock page views and at preset page view
numbers will notify the surfer they are a lucky viewer and be
presented with a unique alpha-numeric code with special secret email
address to present the code for claiming their CD. 

So fire up your GIF animator programs and your browsers and get
in on this freebie!
