You can also capture frame by frame if you have a video capture card. There are one or two shareware programs that will let you mix sound with video and animation, I can't remember any names but if you do a search at various shareware archives you'll probably find something. try www.shareware.com but turn your graphics off on your browser as this site is heavy on advertising banners. hope you find this useful.
