My fellow consumers;

If you have a VISA account with Capital One Bank (formerly Signet Bank), I
 would like to ask you a few questions:

Has your credit limit been lowered within the past year?

Are you now being charged "over limit" fees on a balance which was NOT
 overlimit before?

Do you feel that this is unfair?

If you answered "yes" to these questions, please contact me immediately. If I
 receive enough responses, we may be able to file a class action lawsuit.
