Binaries still have to be UUencoded before posting to the binary newsgroups such as alt.binaries.pictures.ascii or alt.binaries.misc. If you don't know why on all this...email your Systems Administrator at your access site and ask why, the folks here in alt.ascii-art are not here to educate rude or abusive newcomers to this newsgroup even if they possess the knowledge.
