It should have been on the first page! I'm using the latest netscape 4pr3 and the new IE pr, I've installed and uninstalled both and didn't have any probs.. I dunno what they're doing wrong, or if this is even a real mag article.. My advice is ta try it yerself, and see what happens.. I'm running win95OEM2 w/FAT32...No probs at all, other than the occasional kernel32.dll crash that seems to happen alot after I install oem2 :) btw: WTF?
