 I think the whole concept of "heroes" based on what we know in the media
 is stupid.

 I imagine, once upon a time, there were people who did heroic things and
 the press got a hold of them and they were sometimes charismatic and
 sometimes not.

 Now, there is are media formulas for heroism. How can you believe any of
 it? I'm with Tom and Erin and y'all who agreed that being an excellent
 athlete doesn't make you a hero.

 People who work two jobs so they kids can go to college are far more
 heroic to me.
