       @gcluley I appreciate the effort to remove as much stuff from US control as possible and I would be quite happy having none of my traffic sent to the US or it's companies My concern here is given the ongoing surveillance efforts in the EU, how is this preferable to using an independent, privacy focused, European based provider like Quad9 or Mullvad public DNS?

       @Tutanota it's worth noting that the @ente 2FA app is available as is a standalone 2FA app from @bitwarden if you don't want to use their password manager for 2FA codes In my opinion Ente and Bitwarden are really good apps for the average personProton (via the pass app) is very good but 2FA is mostly paywalledAegis is very good but more suited to the more experienced users who can mange their own backups

       @FediFollows  LinkedIn is such a toxic bro circle jerkI have an abandoned & locked down account because work required me to have one but didn't say it had to be public or be updatedI've recently said at the next bit of spam or bullshit from LinkedIn, I'd outright delete my accountIt's fitting that the removal of Trans protections is that thingIt's being deleted today then the only MS thing in my life is Xbox which I can deal with for the moment
