       Yesterday, my best friend of over twelve years died. Harvey was a Good Boy for my wife and me. When we were unsure whether we'd have kids, we adopted him and two other furry kids. Later, we had children and they loved Harvey, too.A couple months ago, a vet told me Harvey had cancer. We did our best to make him comfortable. Yesterday, it became obvious he was struggling, so we made the difficult decision for him to be euthanized. I was petting him as he took his last breaths.#dogsOfMastodon

       @dansup @Gargron Good luck! Ideally, acknowledging one's mistakes shouldn't be rare. Fedi devs should be especially careful to hold themselves to that standard. We know the corporate devs never will.
