       @eff I get this from a harm reduction perspective but I also feel that we're wayyyy past this and echo the sentiment relayed by my  fellow peeps: deleting our accounts is the only  solution. Everything else is an apology. When do we stop giving an abuser second chances?

       @nextcloud Ease of use for the participants.The rest means nothing if people can't or won't use the platform because the UI/UX makes it difficult to.Typical users don't have the same level of technical literacy as we do and it's wayyyy harder for them to adopt a new platform.In my experience, the lack of polish if the greatest hurdle to self-hosted or OSS adoption.
