I had been looking for a new home to host my personal email domain. I think tomorrow while I'm on the train to Seattle I might just setup a @yunohost instance and move it to my own hosted email server. Thanks for @_elena for introducing me to YunoHost!

Quick note to the few that follow me. I've moved servers from rlounsbury@twit.social to rlounsbury@indieweb.social. I love TWiT but wanted my home server to better reflect my space (or at least destination there of) on the web. So, hello indieweb.social and thanks twit.social!

@_elena I think it is fine to use some of the big tech platforms for pushing the message of open social networking, FOSS, etc... If those accounts are purely about messaging it makes sense. You can't get more people to convert if you don't speak on those platforms. Just like it was silly for people to get on your case about posting your fediverse video on YouTube. Just putting it on PeerTube is just preaching to the choir. You need butts in the seats to spread the message.
