       @CCC 🤔 ist das Beispiel (Kind geschiedener Eltern) wirklich die allgemeine Lebensrealität für Dokumentation in Arztpraxen („Weinen“)?Und heisst es nicht, dass der_die Patient_in einschränken kann, wer was sehen kann?Klar, müssen echte Sicherheitsbedenken Ernst genommen werden, aber so gaaanz ohne Sinn ist die #ePa dann nicht?Da erwarte ich mir ausgewogenere Betichterstattung statt simple Boost seitens des #CCC?

       @CCC #Datenschutz _ist_ ein Standortvorteil - wenn sie jetzt von „werden“ spricht und „berechtigtes Interesse“ (was im Grunde nur heisst „brauche ich zur Entwicklung“ !) für zulässig bei ungefragter Nutzung von Daten für #KI Training hält - was genau will sie denn dann? 🤔

       @CCC vetting „by State Department staff“ – I bet they will feed the data into an AI. This then will be managed by private companies who are happy to ameliorate their databases with vetted (!) personal data such as birthday, passport number, biometric data and more. Which then can be handily sold to other companies/governments. #privacy - gone forever.

       @CCC und mit #Dobrindt dürfte sich das Verhalten der „rühmlichen Ausnahme #BKA“ mutmaßlich nachhaltig ändern. „Gefahr im Verzug“ ist heutezutage ja allgegenwärtig - wie praktisch auf dem Weg in den #Überwachungsstaat. Wäre eine Möglichkeit, Polizeibehörden eine gesetzliche, periodische Berichtspflicht der _Einzelfälle_ ggü dem parlamentarischen Kontrollausschuss aufzuerlegen?

       @CCC Überraschung. Die Regierung versucht permanent, einfache Antworten auf komplexe Probleme zu geben. Und dann wundern die Parteien sich, dass _die_ Protagonistin dieses Politikstils, die AfD, immer mehr dazu gewinnt. 😔
