Posting a rare video because after not lifting over 200lbs for all of 2024 as I built back from a wrist injury—I tested my deadlift up to 244lbs tonight! (110.5 kilos) that’s a personal record jump of 28lbs, almost 13 kilos🙌🏻 #powerlifting

Gym update -- doing the #plateslam2024 event with folks from the "A Swole Woman" group and since I had the big deadlift a few weeks ago I decided to try testing how heavy I could overhead press. The answer is 75lbs! (34kg) 😷✌️
