       I really like left wing organizations who "forget" to ask permission when they sell goodies with other people's artwork...The CC licence means it's free, right? The "non commercial" term applies to others, right? And if you share other's people work with a "pay what you want option" that's not a real commercial use, right?        And I'm very much in favour of pirating and making culture as accessible as possible.But I make a real difference between the small creative artists who try to make a living and the mega-productions with people already paid and insurances for every possible scenario.And I don't think asking left-wing organisations to make the same distinction is too much.Plenty of small (leftist) artists are OK when they're asked to use their artwork.        OK, someone just told that since my images are under a CC licence, it's normal for people to do what they want with them.Apparently it's not clear to everyone so unless it's explicitly stated otherwise, my creations are shared by default under the Creatives Commons (CC) licence.More specifically, under the CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence, which can be explained as follows:-CC = licence rights, you can share the material and use it to make your own creation-BY = condition of attribution, you must credit the author of the material and indicate whether you have modified itNC = non-commercial use condition, only noncommercial uses of the work are permitted.-SA = share alike condition, Adaptations must be shared under the same terms.To summarise:"The Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license or "BY-NC-SA" allows people to use and adapt the work for noncommercial purposes only, and only as long as they give credit to the creator and make any adaptations they share with others available under the same or a compatible license.".OK, I don't specify this on every image, but the information can easily be found in several places on my sales, portfolio and sharing sites, including here: https://partage.lokipropagand.art/en/conditions-particulieres/It may be a reflex to learn, but it's not impossible to find out who is behind an artistic creation and how it can be used. It's even a duty for public figures, institutions, organisations, associations and businesses.I don't know, have a bit of respect for artists, craftspeople and their work?(Which is not incompatible with my point about piracy and making culture as accessible as possible).(I reckon @Curator must have ressources about the Creatives Commons licence)
