       @gcluley I worked high tech for 20 years WITHOUT big brother and believe me back then it would have been unacceptable by employees. Train your managers RIGHT! They should understand the nature of the work and the projects. In my later years I did work for a paranoid company and that sucked and their culture sucked. I could not tolerate them. I feel for the younger generation.
