I also guess they are many, for obvious reasons; anyway, if google will act accordingly to its announcement, i think f-droid should, if possible, go on distributing apps by those developers who would not choose to comply to google's diktat (while i seem to understand there would be no possible technical solution for those who would choose to comply).(1/2)

@Leilani_ i'd stick to its biological definition though, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Life#Descriptive, which is already fuzzy enough, since it "implies ___all or most___ of the following traits". Anyway, as i've written, it is not life as a whole that is in danger now, but our species and probably all or most mammals and many others...

@MahmoudGaza maybe these governments, and the governments already sending military ships, should better try to tell Israel government that the GSF has nothing to do with Hamas, and that their only intention is to defend the GSF and help it bring aids to palestinian people in Gaza, and create humanitarian corridors to bring people from Gaza to safer lands.

@Leilani_ it is our "upper classes" those who, "in order to be a living and healthy part of it [life as a whole], and to most peacefully live [...] in it, [...] still have to understand that it is the only “god”, and [...] [would] have so much more to learn from it": the higher they get in monetary richness, the higher they are damaging to all the rest of life (see the attached graph for an example that is limited to CO2 emissions), and particularly our species and the most similar species -- except themselves; this exception too is still today more true the more rich they are in monetary terms, and yes, i think it's most probable that it wouldn't last long, but i think it would last long enough for them to increasingly harm and kill more and more of the rest of us by wars and famine and so on (and later, most probably, them or their descendants too), unless we bring them down with the socialist International, by taking the lands and the means of production that they claim to own while they don't work there at all, also in order to cultivate the former in ways that are sustainable and more productive than industrial methods, as we already do in some contexts, and to shut down, among the latter, the facilities that cause excessive pollution. @Elikorokoros @guardaminfaccia @steko @bulll No però, col cazzo che ce lo meritiamo, usciamone vi prego... per esempio: un fottio di gente non sapeva e non sa nulla, o sapeva e sa falsità, rispetto alla questione dei gas serra, per evidente e comprovata volontà dei governi e delle multi del fossile, che sapevano almeno da 50 anni che ci saremmo trovat* nella situazione in cui siamo, e hanno continuato col business del fossile insabbiando, minimizzando, reprimendo e uccidendo persone che sostenevano la verità e-o che si opponevano a nuovi oleodotti, ecc., e oggi non fanno altro che greenwashing, per i loro cazzo di interessi di merda, perché si reputano intoccabili, perché hanno i rifugi e pensano che sopravviverebbero a una terza guerra mondiale e al disastro ecologico crescente, perché sono dei nazisti di merda, magari senza neanche saperlo, ma è quello che sono.Detto questo si non è improbabile che "finirà" così, ma non siamo noi a meritarlo, sarebbero loro a meritarlo, e per quanto mi paia abbastanza improbabile, l'idea che possano davvero spuntarla così, che non ci creperebbero male anche loro, mi imbizzarriva, mi mandava ai matti. @JonathanMBR do you mean "what makes you think you're sliding where we are?"... i guess you do, and yes i really think "we" (more on this "we" later), in the "advanced" nations, should reduce our consumption and the ecosystem pollution "we" cause, which is vastly greater than yours, at least to your levels, before we all can return, together, progressing - but slowly and carefully and cautiously - on a scientific-technological level.I put "we" in quotes because the actual situation is not much a matter of where one lives, it's much much much more a matter of "richness", as you can see in the graph i attach to this post, which is a graph that only shows the CO2 emissions from consumption, not the CO2 emissions of which the most rich persons in the world are indirectly responsible through their fossil fuels related businesses.
